Class Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits are given on any passes unless due to serious illness. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 1 hour of the start time your pass will be forfeited. If you are unable to attend a booked class, please let us know via email or phone, or cancel via the Mindbody app, so that your place may be made available to others.

Refunds & Transfers

All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please make sure you check the expiration date when purchasing your pass. If serious illness occurs you can apply for a refund by emailing Kaye with an up to date doctors certificate at vitalbeatyoga@gmail.com

Extensions

Class Passes can be extended for up to 14 days only due to serious illness. No other extensions are given due to travel or work commitments. Please make sure you check the expiration date when purchasing your pass.

Memberships

Memberships can be frozen for up to 14 days due to illness or overseas travel. To apply for this please email Kaye at least 14 days in advance at vitalbeatyoga@gmail.com

The VBY Yoga Membership

The VBY Membership enables you to UNLIMITED yoga classes for the term of your membership.

Payments are processed monthly commencing on the date of subscription. 6 total payments to Vital Beat are made, and contract automatically renews every 6 payments.Cancellations must be made in writing giving 4 weeks advance notice.There are no cancellation fees.
