WHAT IS IT LIKE TO COMPLETE A YIN YOGA TRAINING AT VITAL BEAT?

This boutique Yin training is limited to just a small group of practitioners - we want to meet and connect with every one of you, learn your names, your stories and give you the most transformative training experience possible.

Hugh's training combines TCM Meridian Theory, Functional Anatomy alongside sequencing & teaching skills, with opportunities to experience a deeply restful, in-city retreat with all the Yin Yoga you could ask for!

Hugh’s specialty is training Yin Yoga teachers, and travels all over Australia to do so.

Please note: Non-yoga teachers are welcome within this training. No pre-requisites needed.
