Hi,
I'M KAYE.
THE FACE BEHIND THE STUDIO.
I fell in love with movement in my mid-twenties, using yoga as a tool for my mental health. This became even more important when I became a mother at 29.
Vital Beat is the studio I always dreamed of having, with a community that feels like a warm squishy hug (and I'm not even a hugger!). My mission is to share thisĀ feelingĀ with as many people as possible.Ā
We are a queer-owned and neurodivergent space, proudly employing queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent staff.

"My friend introduced me to Vital Beat 10 months ago and I'm so glad she did! I never thought I would enjoy exercise, but I'm obsessed with Reformer Pilates at Vital Beat! It's a welcoming, inclusive space and the instructors are brilliant. I'm stronger, healthier and happieršš¼."Ā

"For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to a "gym" class. The instructors are patient and lovely, and the folks who attend class are always so nice as well! I've left other studios in the past after feeling intimidated or embarrassed in class, and feeling out of place, but I've never felt like that at Vital Beat. I also love how inclusive this studio is, especially as a queer person it has been lovely to see the representation! I've been going for a year now - I've finally found my perfect studio!!"

Super inclusive and friendly space! I'm a fat gal AND I'd never done yoga or pilates before, so the anxiety was high - but the team made me feel so welcome, comfortable and safe, supporting with adjustments that could be helpful and checking in regularly. Would definitely recommend!

I decided to try something new this year and try Vital Beat on their new member intro offer after a long time thinking about it and I am so glad I did. The vibe at Vital Beat is so nice, everyone has been really kind and welcoming which is refreshing. The classes are challenging but not overwhelming and the instructors have no all taken the time to make sure everyone is comfortable and able to make modifications when they need to which really adds to the welcoming vibe. Iām incredibly happy that we have a studio like this in the Midland area.
