Don’t do gyms? That’s ok! Our boutique Midland studio boasts a beautiful fit-out, small classes sizes, and bucketloads of community vibes.

Our values revolve tightly around inclusion, diversity, community-contribution, anti-diet culture and safe empowering movement. Paired with playfulness & sweet tunes, entering our space has that indescribable feeling of “coming home”.

We aim to create a space where teachers and students alike can fully embrace their individuality, celebrating their bodies and honouring their needs without bias or prejudice; we're about building community.

I'M KAYE.

THE FACE BEHIND THE STUDIO.

I fell in love with movement in my mid-twenties, using yoga as a tool for my mental health. This became even more important when I became a mother.

Vital Beat is the studio I always dreamed of having, with a community that feels like a warm squishy hug (and I'm not even a hugger!). My mission is to share this feeling with as many people as possible. 

We aren't here to change you or give you a "pilates body". We don't believe in "no pain no gain". We dont expect you to conform to the rigidity of lineage. We believe in layered and accessible practices that meet you exactly where you're at, and challenge you only as far as you wished to be pushed. Hustle is dead, compassion is for life.  

We are a queer-owned and neurodivergent space, proudly employing diverse, queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent staff.  We're here to help you fall in love with movement again, and to carve time out in your life to find the happy buzz - and the peace - that mindful movement brings.
