We've been here, in the heart of Midland since 2016, creating a safe, inclusive, playful, music-inspired & community focused movement studio. We are NOT a gym, we are a dual-purposeĀ movement studio where you are more than a number.

Vital BeatĀ invites people of all backgrounds, experiences, bodies and identities.Ā  We hope to facilitate a safer space in which teachers & students can experience themselves, their bodies, and their needs as equal to those of others without discrimination.Ā

  • Street parking is free for the first two hours, just make sure you grab a ticket or download the EasyPark App.
  • There's also a paid car park on Stafford Street (behind Quest Apartments). 
  • On weekends & after 530pm the carpark directly in front of our entrance, and on the street, is free (but not at other times)
